Multi-policy discount

Alarm credit
Available if your home is equipped with two or more of the following: fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, sprinklers, deadbolt locks and a burglar alarm. (Criteria varies in some states. See your financial representative for full details.)

Age of wiring discount
Your home may qualify depending on the age of newer electrical wiring in your home.

Safe heat discount
Save money if your home does not have a woodburning unit, or has a built-in fireplace without a fireplace insert.

Roof discount
Available if you have certain hail-resistant roofing products offering a manufacturer’s warranty (available only in Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma).
